SMS Restriction History and Other Enhancements
🪄 New Feature: SMS Restriction History
We are excited to introduce the new SMS Restriction History feature! This enhancement helps you track any adverse actions on your SMS sending, such as keyword violations and temporary restrictions. You can easily find this option by navigating to Location > Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Restriction History.
⚙️ Enhancements
We’ve also made several other improvements to enhance your experience:
- Number Purchase Flow: You can now search using blank spaces and special characters, which are commonly used by US-based customers in their formats.
- Call Feedback: Previously, calls to disabled locations were disconnected without feedback. Now, you will hear a voice describing the issue and its solution, along with a tooltip on the user interface.
- Faster Recordings and Transcriptions: Enjoy quicker access to your call recordings and their transcriptions.
- Additional Keyword Blocking: In addition to keywords like ‘cannabis,’ we now also block ‘fireworks’ and ‘THC’ to ensure compliance and safety.
🐞 Bug Fixes
We’ve addressed some critical issues to improve functionality:
- SMS Limit Issues: The SMS limit should now level up as expected for users following the ramp-up model.
- US State Display: ‘PR’ now correctly shows up as a US state rather than a country.
- Agency ID Mismatch: Fixed the bug associated with agency ID mismatches.
