We're pleased to announce the introduction of the Contact Engagement Score—an insightful metric designed to enhance how you evaluate and prioritize Opportunities based on customer interactions. This new feature will enable you to streamline your workflow, making it easier to focus on high-priority Opportunities.
With this update, you have the flexibility to customize Opportunity cards and tables by integrating the Engagement Score. This allows you to tailor your workspace according to the metrics that are most significant to you, ensuring a more efficient and personalized experience.
The Contact Engagement Score is now a part of all Opportunity data exports. This inclusion will render your reports more comprehensive and insightful, empowering you to make more informed decisions.
Please be aware that the Contact Engagement Score will only be available for Opportunities created or updated after March 19, 2025. For existing Opportunities, this valuable metric will be displayed automatically once they are updated.
