Introducing the New Featured Products Element for Ecommerce Stores

We're excited to announce the launch of a brand new feature in our ecommerce platform! Our Featured Products element is designed to help store owners showcase selected products prominently on their store pages, allowing for greater flexibility and customization. Here's a closer look at what this new feature brings to your ecommerce experience.

What's New?

1. Flexible Placement: The Featured Products element can be added anywhere on your store page, giving you complete control over how visitors discover your key items.

2. Customization Flexibility: Tailor the layout and appearance of your featured products. Choose the number of products displayed per row—up to five on desktop and two on mobile.

3. Easy Product Selection: Swap out placeholder images with actual products via our intuitive builder, making it simple to highlight exactly what you want your customers to see.

How to Use the Featured Products Element

1. Add the Element:

   • Navigate to your page builder.
   • Select Add Element → Store → Featured Products.

2. Customize the Appearance:

   • Use the settings panel to adjust headings, margins, padding, colors, borders, and fonts.
   • Set the number of products per row in the Layout tab. The default is three products per row, but you can adjust this to show up to five on desktops and two on mobile devices.

3. Select Products:

• In the Products group, click any placeholder product.
• Use the search bar to find and select the products you want to feature.
• The builder automatically replaces placeholders with your selections.
• Note: Initially, only 10 products appear in the dropdown. Use the search function to find more.

4. Publish Your Changes:

   • Click Save/Publish to update your store.

5. Preview Your Page:

   • Check out the live view of your page to see the Featured Products element in action. Clicking on a product will take users to its detailed page.

Important Considerations

• Any changes made to product details, such as price or images, will be automatically updated in the Featured Products element.
• Ensure that you select the actual products you want to display; placeholder products will not appear on the live site.
