• Current Level: Users can see actionable instructions to progress to the next level, such as “Unlock Level 2 by sending 250 messages by Jan 10, 2025.”
• Locked Levels: Explore upcoming levels symbolized by a lock icon, complete with preview details to keep users motivated.
• Future Levels: Gain insights into the messaging capabilities available at higher levels.

Step-by-Step Guidance

We have introduced a dedicated tooltip and modal for a comprehensive guide on the messaging ramp-up process:

• Send Current Limit: Users must fulfill their current daily limit to progress.
• Temporary Block Notification: Understand the 24-hour block that occurs after reaching the daily limit, which is integral to the ramp-up process.
• Unlock Next Level: Learn how the daily SMS limit increases after meeting ramp-up requirements.

Dynamic Messaging Experience

Once users reach the highest level (Level 8), they are greeted with a congratulatory card and guidance on how to contact the account administrator for further upgrades. For agency owners and admins, both the Messaging Limit card and the Messaging Ramp Progress card will be available to better manage accounts.
