We're excited to present a new enhancement to our client portal: the Estimates feature. This update enables users to view and manage their estimates conveniently in one place. Here's everything you need to know about this new functionality and how it can benefit you.

What's New?

  • Users now have access to a comprehensive list of estimates they are part of, complete with all essential details.
  • Estimates are viewable directly from the client's portal.
  • You can download your estimates directly within the client portal.
  • The status for Accept/Reject actions is updated automatically, allowing users to view or download estimates based on their decision.
  • The Estimates feature is accessible on both the web and mobile app, ensuring flexibility in managing estimates.
  • Admins have the capability to enable or disable this feature with app permission settings.

How It Works

For Web Users 🌐

  • Find the estimates widget on your client portal dashboard.
  • Click the eye icon to view a specific estimate.
  • Use the download icon to save an estimate to your device.
  • If you have more than five estimates, click "View All" to see the complete list of estimates.

For Mobile App Users 📱

  • Navigate to the Estimates tab on your client portal dashboard.
  • Tap the eye icon to view estimates.
  • To download an estimate, click the download icon. Note that an estimate can only be downloaded after it's signed.
  • Scroll through to view all available estimates.
