New Product – Estimates! Now LIVE!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Estimates feature! This addition allows you to create estimates and share them with clients before sending the final invoice. Clients can simply accept or reject the estimate, and you can directly convert it into an invoice with ease.
How to Use?
Access Estimates
- Navigate to an account.
- Select Payments.
- Click on Invoices and Estimates and select Estimates.
Create an Estimate
- Click on the ‘New’ button.
- Enter the details such as business information, customer information, estimate number, and expiry date.
- Add products to the estimate and review it.
- Send it directly to your client via email or SMS.
Accept/Reject Estimates
- Accept: Clients can click on the accept button, and the estimate will be marked as accepted.
- Reject: Clients can click on reject, add notes, and the estimate will be marked as rejected.
- Internal Actions: You can also mark the estimate as accepted or rejected if the client has confirmed over the phone.
Convert to Invoice
- Open the sent invoice item.
- Once your client approves the estimate, convert it into an invoice by selecting create an invoice from the dashboard or by opening the accepted estimate and clicking on create an invoice.
Track Estimates
- Keep track of all estimates in different stages: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined, and Invoiced.
- Monitor the value of estimates in the pipeline from the cards on top of the dashboard.
- Track notes added by users on the dashboard and within the estimate builder.
Additional Features
- Customization: Customize the estimate by adding your company’s branding, terms, and adjusting settings.
