Multiple Icon Options

Diversify your feedback process with various icon choices. From stars to hearts and thumbs-ups, pick the design that best fits your brand’s style.

Customizable Scale

Tailor the rating scale to meet your needs by setting the number of rating points. You can also add personalized labels ranging from “Poor” to “Excellent” to better analyze responses.

Style and Layout Controls

Personalize the appearance with options to choose icon alignment—whether left, center, or top—and define the colors for selected and unselected icons to match your brand’s theme.

Flexible Output Format (Stored in Custom Fields)

Choose how you want to interpret the scores:

  • Absolute Value (e.g., 4)
  • Percentage (e.g., 80%)
  • Fraction (e.g., 4/5)

How to Use

  1. Launch the Form, Survey, or Quiz builder.
  2. Drag the Rating Element into your design.
