Introducing the New “Rename Workflow” Feature for SMBcrm

We’re always looking for ways to make your experience smoother and more efficient with SMBcrm. We’ve just introduced a feature update that does exactly that! You can now rename your workflows directly from the landing page. This substantial time-saver means you no longer need to open each workflow individually to change its name.

This is how you do it:

  1. First, find the workflow you want to rename on the landing page.
  2. Then, click on the vertical three dots menu (often referred to as the “kebab” menu) to reveal additional options.
  3. From there, select “Rename Workflow” from the menu.
  4. You’ll be prompted to enter a new name for your workflow in the provided field.
  5. Lastly, click the “Save” button to confirm the changes.
