Finding the right tools for one-on-one bookings can sometimes be a challenge, particularly if existing calendar options seem more suited for team settings. We are delighted to introduce the new Personal Booking Calendar, designed specifically to simplify the process of creating personal 1:1 bookings.

What’s New?

Many users found the Round Robin option to be better suited for multiple users, leading them to mistakenly use the Event Calendar for one-on-one meetings. The Event Calendar is intended for physical events and does not support platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. To address this confusion, reduce support tickets, and stay competitive with others offering 1:1 calendar types, we’ve created the Personal Booking Calendar.

With this new feature, users can now create personal 1:1 bookings without worrying about the complexities associated with multi-user setups.

How to Use Personal Booking Calendar

1. Go to Calendar Settings.
2. Click on Create Calendar.
3. Choose Personal Booking and configure the calendar based on your preferences.

Key Features

• The user who creates the calendar is automatically added as the team member, but this can be adjusted as needed.
• The Personal Calendar shares all features with the Round Robin Calendar but is limited to one team member, while the Round Robin Calendar supports multiple team members.
