What’s New?

We’re excited to introduce a newly revamped Contact Restore module within our CRM frontend. This update replaces the existing contact restore component with a federated app called Contact-Restore, offering an enhanced user experience through a redesigned interface.

Restoring a Single Contact

Restoring individual contacts has never been easier! Follow the simple steps below to restore a contact along with all its related data.

1. Click on Contacts.
2. Click on Restore in the tabs on the top.
   
3. Click on Restore on the right of any of these contacts on the top right, and this modal will appear.
   
4. Click on Confirm.

Restoring a contact will also restore:

• Opportunities
• Notes
• Tasks
• Appointments
• Conversations
• Campaigns/Workflows

Restoring Multiple Contacts

Need to restore multiple contacts at once? No problem – this update simplifies the process.

1. Select multiple contacts and restore all of them in one go.
   
2. Click on Confirm to restore all of these contacts and their related Opportunities, Conversations, Notes, Tasks, Appointments, and Manual Actions.
