We’re thrilled to announce an exciting update to our Reputation Management platform: the ability to send review requests via WhatsApp. This new feature allows you to connect with your customers on a familiar platform, giving you a more personalized way to gather their valuable feedback.

- WhatsApp Review Requests: Seamlessly send review requests through WhatsApp to engage with your customers effectively.
- Custom Templates: Design and manage personalized WhatsApp Review Request Templates for your business needs.
- Versatile Sending Options: Choose to send review requests manually, in bulk, or integrate them into automated workflows.
How to Use This Feature:
Step 1: Set Up WhatsApp Integration
- Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp to authenticate your WhatsApp Business number. Ensure that you are subscribed if not already done, and test the connection to confirm successful messaging.
Step 2: Create Your Template
- Head over to Reputation → Settings → Review Request WhatsApp.
- Customize your message template using dynamic placeholders and call-to-action links tailored to your business.
- Submit your template for Meta approval, which typically takes around 1-2 minutes.


Sending Review Requests
- Single Requests: Initiate individual requests from the Reviews section to reach out personally to a customer.
- Bulk Requests: Simply upload a customer list in CSV format, map the necessary fields, and send requests in bulk.

- Workflow Automation: Utilize workflows to automatically trigger WhatsApp review requests based on specific events, such as post-purchase interactions.
