Note: Voice notes can only be sent to your customer when there is an open service conversation between your business and the end customer.

- Go to Conversation > WhatsApp > Voice Note.
- Record the Audio: Use the recording feature to capture your message.
- Send: Deliver your voice note directly to your customer.
