We’re thrilled to announce the introduction of new features that enhance the functionality of estimates within workflows. These updates are designed to streamline your processes and improve efficiency when managing estimates and invoicing.

Estimate Templates

  • Create, Save, and Clone: Users can now create, save, and even clone estimate templates within the Templates section of Invoices and Estimates.

Enhanced Workflows

To make your workflow more robust, several new features have been added:

  • New Trigger: A trigger specifically for Estimates has been introduced, allowing users to automate actions based on events related to estimates.
  • Filters: Flexibility to filter estimates by template, value, and status.
  • New Action: Users can now send estimates directly from within workflows.

How to Use the New Features?

Creating an Estimate Template

  1. Navigate to the Templates Tab: Go to the Templates tab within Invoices and Estimates.
  2. Create a New Template: Click on the “New Estimate Template” button.
  3. Enter Details: Fill in the necessary details and save your template for later use.

 

  1. Clone Template: To make a copy of a template, select it and click Clone.

Using the New Estimate Trigger

  1. Access Workflows: Navigate to the Workflows section.
  2. Add Trigger: Incorporate the Estimates trigger into your workflow.
  3. Setup Filters: Fine-tune your workflow by filtering estimates by template, value, or status.
  4. Send Estimates Via Workflows: Utilize the Send Estimate action to dispatch estimates. Configure the user and choose your preferred template.
