All New Sidebar

• Easier Navigation: The new sidebar enhances navigation by incorporating the Stats View alongside Notes and Sticky Notes options.
• Toggle Capability: Easily activate or deactivate the Stats View by clicking its icon. When enabled, you'll see it highlighted for instant recognition.

Workflow Level Notes

• Who Can Add Notes: Admins have the ability to add notes specific to a workflow, visible to all users.
• User-Friendly Interaction: Simply click the "Notes" icon to add or view notes, which are saved when the workflow is updated.
• Editable Information: Each note logs who created or edited it and when, providing clear tracking.

Sticky Notes

• Customization Options: Create color-coded sticky notes using the "Sticky Notes" icon to visually categorize information.
• Rich Text Editor: Enhance your notes with formatted text or embedded images.
• Visibility Controls: Easily toggle the visibility of your sticky notes, displaying them only when necessary.

Action Level Notes

• How It Works: Hover over any action to reveal the notes icon and add action-specific notes viewable by all users.
• Persistent Icons: An added note will ensure the icon is always visible on an action.
• Comprehensive History: Each note maintains a history of changes, allowing teams to track discussions and updates efficiently.
• Centralized Notes View: Access all Action-Level Notes from the main Notes section for a comprehensive overview.
