Look Busy Enhancement – Slot Randomization

The "Look Busy" feature has just been enhanced to help you manage your booking availability more realistically and effectively.

What’s New?

Previously, the slots hidden by the "Look Busy" feature remained the same throughout the week. Now, with the new enhancement, hidden slots are randomized across different days of the week. This creates a more varied and realistic appearance of your availability, making you look busier and more in-demand.

How Does It Work?

• When a booker opens the widget, they will see a randomized set of available slots.
• If the page is refreshed without booking, the same set of slots will remain visible.
• Once a booking is made, the widget will refresh, and a new random set of available slots will be displayed.

Supported Calendar Types

The "Look Busy" feature supports the following calendar types:

• Event Calendar
• Round Robin Calendar
• Collective Calendar
• Service Calendar

Note: The "Look Busy" feature is currently not applicable for class bookings and service menus.

How to Use Look Busy

1. Go to Calendar Settings and select the desired calendar.
2. Navigate to the Availability tab.
3. Locate the Look Busy option.
4. Turn it on and enter the percentage of slots you want to hide.
5. Click Save.
