Streamline Your Google Ads Conversion Actions Within Ad Manager
Simplified Offline Conversion Management
We're excited to announce that you can now create, manage, and edit Google Ads offline conversion actions directly within our Ad Manager. This update allows you to handle conversions for your Google Ads campaigns seamlessly, right from our platform. This feature ensures consistency in tracking leads, purchases, and other key offline events without needing to navigate away from our CRM.
How to Use the New Conversion Action Flow
To start managing your Google Ads offline conversions, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Marketing → Ad Manager → Settings → Google Ads → Conversions.
- Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your conversion actions – both those imported from Google Ads and newly created ones in Ad Manager.

Creating a New Conversion
- Click on “Create a new conversion” to open a straightforward form:

- Conversion Name: Easily identify your conversion action.
- Conversion Source: Choose from options like Converted lead, Qualified lead, Purchase, Signup, or Add to cart.
- Count: Select between Many per click or One per click.
- Value settings and Currency: Define monetary value if applicable.
- Click-through conversion window: Configurable up to 90 days.
- Attribution Model: Automatically set to Data-driven for offline conversions.
Saving your conversion action will seamlessly integrate it into your connected Google Ads account through our API. You're also able to edit or delete existing conversions directly from this interface as your tracking needs evolve.
Advanced Conversion Support
While this initial release focuses on offline conversion actions, we're pleased to share that support for website conversion actions via Google Tag Manager is on the roadmap for future updates.
