Prerequisite – To utilize this new feature, you will need to add a new WhatsApp business number from your Settings>WhatsApp area of your account.
To enable the feature, follow these easy steps:
Once you have added your WhatsApp code to your landing page (for external providers) or enabled the toggle in your Funnel/Website Settings, the chat widget will appear on your landing page. When a visitor fills out the form field, upon submission, they will be redirected to the WhatsApp web option with a message for the number selected in your widget window.
