We’re excited to announce a series of new enhancements and bug fixes designed to streamline your experience and improve the functionality of our call handling features.

Call Transcripts Enhancement

Our call transcription feature has been upgraded to provide you with more comprehensive information. You will now see all relevant details, including the caller's name and email address, making it easier to follow up and manage interactions.

Improved Error Handling During Calls

In the event of a connection error while making a call, the issue will now be clearly communicated both audibly and visually. This enhancement ensures that you are immediately aware of the problem, allowing for prompt troubleshooting.

'Ring All' and 'Workflows' Direct Calls to Web App

If a user hasn't specified a preferred medium, calls initiated through the 'Ring All' feature or via workflows will now be directed to the Web App. This change simplifies the call routing process and ensures that calls reach you without unnecessary complications.

Bug Fixes for Enhanced Reliability

We’ve also addressed several bugs to enhance the reliability and consistency of our call features:

  • Unanswered Incoming Calls: Previously, unanswered calls were incorrectly marked as 'Voicemail'. Now, these will only be marked as 'Voicemail' if a voicemail is actually left.
  • Blind Call Transfers: Fixed an issue where the next call after a blind transfer would incorrectly show 'Hold' as enabled.
  • Do Not Disturb (DND) Compliance: Outgoing calls will no longer be made to contacts with 'Calls & Voicemails' DND enabled, even if initiated manually or through Manual Actions.
  • Parallel Calls to the Same Number: Prevented the system from calling the same number in parallel lines in the call flow setup.
  • Duplicate Workflow Entries: Corrected cases where a single contact could be mistakenly added twice to a workflow due to call status triggers.
  • Phone Number Search Error: Resolved an error that appeared when searching for a phone number in the buying flow.
  • Hold Music on Active Call: Fixed rare cases where hold music would play during an active call.
