New Feature Alert: Mobile App v3.72.3

We’re excited to introduce a number of new features and improvements in our latest update to the Lead Connector Mobile App!

What’s New in this Release?

• Documents and Contracts Creation: With this update, you can now quickly create and send out documents and contracts directly on the mobile app using your predefined templates!
• Tipping on Point of Sale (POS) and Invoices: This new feature allows you to conveniently accept tips while recording payment for an invoice or a POS transaction, regardless of which payment instrument is used.

Performance Improvements

• The latest version of the mobile app now hides unsupported message channels, providing a cleaner and more streamlined user interface.
• We’ve made enhancements to improve your ability to view conversations directly from notifications easily and seamlessly.
• We have also made changes to ensure that you can still send messages even if video thumbnail generation encounters issues.

Getting Started with Documents and Contracts

To get started, you just need to have saved templates on the SMBcrm web platform. Here’s how it works:

1. Open the mobile app with your selected account.
2. Navigate to the left side navigation bar and tap on “Documents and Contracts.”
3. You’ll see both your draft and sent documents under the “All documents” section. You can switch to the “Templates” tab to view all the saved document templates.
4. Tap on the floating “+” button found at the bottom right of the screen to create a new contact.
5. Add the necessary contact(s) for this document.
6. Select the suitable document template to be sent out.
7. Optionally, you can add items from the product catalog if you’re generating a quote or an estimate.
8. Review your document details. Once you’ve looked over everything, you can send the document via email or generate a unique link to send it out.

This update primes our users to create and share documents and contracts on the go via their mobile app!
