We are pleased to announce the introduction of Default Dashboards to your SMBcrm account. This new feature allows you to take control of your team’s dashboard experience, gaining instant access to vital insights and metrics. Now, starting the day with the most crucial information is easier than ever for everyone.
With Default Dashboards, you can effortlessly customize your team’s dashboard experience. Tailor your default dashboard to reflect the specific informational needs of your team.
The moment your team members navigate to the dashboard section, your default dashboard is the immediate view. This feature ensures instant access to essential insights and metrics.
Only account admins or those with FULL access to a Dashboard can set a dashboard as default. All roles must have at least VIEW permissions for a dashboard to be set as default. Also, a dashboard, once designated as default, cannot be deleted unless another is assigned as default.
While default dashboards are the primary landing page for all users, pinned dashboards are personal favorites that individual users can access quickly.

If you encounter issues with your default dashboard after this upgrade, you can reverse it by following the instructions in the support documentation. Please remember that existing dashboards and widgets are not affected. We have identified and patched a bug post-release.
