We have harmonized the date and time formats across all contacts’ task areas, opportunity fields, and opportunity notes. You’ll now see the format as DD Mon YYYY, HH:MM AM/PM – 04 Apr 2024, 8:00 PM. This change increases the readability and consistency with time and date references throughout the system.
Another significant change is the location timezone update. We’ve made this adjustment to provide accurate time references based on your account’s defined geographic location. This will allow you to have a better handle on scheduling and deadlines.
Increased consistency throughout our SMBcrm platform is our driving goal with this update. By normalizing the date and time formats across features and implementing a location-specific timezone, we’re enabling you to navigate seamlessly through all the platform’s sections and contents.
