Forward Calls to Business Phone Number

We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our call management system. You now have the ability to forward incoming calls to your business phone number. This new feature ensures that important calls never go unanswered, providing added flexibility and convenience for your team.

To enable or disable call forwarding, navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls.

Ring User Assigned to Called Number

Our latest update also includes an option to route incoming calls from known contacts directly to the agent assigned to the contact. By checking this option, you ensure that your clients reach the right person faster, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Alternatively, if this checkbox is disabled, calls will be routed to the agent linked to the called number, providing a consistent call handling experience.

This feature can be found under Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls.
