Traditionally, we only exposed the Message Subject and Message Body through our workflows. However, this seemingly limited the users who deal with media attachments extensively. In a bid to make SMBcrm a more user-friendly interface, we have now made it possible to use Message Attachments from the Custom Value Picker.
To embed media attachments in your workflows, simple steps are to be followed:
