1. Introducing the Fillable Date Field Element

Now, you can easily insert a fillable date field into your uploaded PDFs or documents. This simplifies the process of adding date-related information, making it easier than ever to create personalized and professional documentation.

2. Dynamic Customization with Custom Values in Fillable Text Field

Our new feature allows you to incorporate custom values in fillable text fields. This brings dynamic customization to fields that need to be altered for each PDF sent. For example, a custom name field on a fixed PDF template that needs to feature the recipient’s name can now be filled automatically. This powerful capability ensures your documentation accurately reflects the information you need.

3. Usability Enhancements for Greater Precision

We’ve added a new feature that enables movement of draggable elements using the keyboard. The combination of Shift+Arrow keys enables precise adjustments, while Ctrl+Shift+Arrow keys speed up the movement of elements. In addition, tooltips have been added to all assigned fillable elements, allowing you to quickly view the assigned signer when hovering over the element. We’ve also upgraded the Signature Element, making it resizable and providing further control over document customization.

• Drag and drop the “Fillable Date Field” element from the toolbar into your document.
• Click on the field to fill in the date, and customize the format as required.

2. Custom Values in Fillable Text Field

• Drag and drop the “Fillable Text Field” element from the toolbar into your document.
• Single click on the field and select the Custom Value icon to add dynamic values.
