To cater to these diverse requirements, we have enhanced the “Create Workflow” button functionality.

When you click the “Create Workflow” button now, you will see two choices in a dropdown:

  • Choose from a Recipe: If you’re looking for a ready-made workflow template, built from our years of experience in understanding effective lead conversion strategies, then this is the option for you.
  • Start from Scratch: If you want complete control over your workflow steps, unbounded by predefined processes, select this option.

How to Access and Use this New Functionality?

To use this feature, navigate to your account’s Automation section. There you’ll find the “Create Workflow” button. Just click on this button, and select the option that suits your needs the best. It’s as simple as that!
