New Workflow Action: Log External Call to CRM

Exciting news! We've just rolled out the workflow action that allows you to log external calls to the CRM.

What’s New?

  • Log External Calls via Workflows
    You can now log external calls to the CRM using workflows. This new feature provides a seamless way to track your interactions directly within the CRM, ensuring that no call details are missed.

  • Trigger Workflows Easily
    To simplify the process, you can trigger the workflow using the "Inbound Webhook Trigger" and configure the "Log External Call" action. You can pass all the call details and call recording effortlessly.

  • Key Information is Mandatory

To ensure comprehensive logging:

  • For inbound calls, the receiver's phone number is mandatory.

  • For outbound calls, the dialer’s phone number is required.

  • Call direction must be specified whether it is inbound or outbound.

  • Call Details Display
    The logged call will be displayed in the conversations section of the contact, making it easier to follow up on interactions and maintain detailed records.
