This new feature allows you to automatically populate fields with up-to-date information from your opportunities, saving you time and reducing errors. Whether you’re working within a workflow or directly from the Opportunity screen, these fields will refresh with the latest opportunity data upon sending an invoice or estimate.

How to Use Opportunity Fields in Invoices & Estimates

Using Opportunity Fields

  1. Locate the Desired Field:
    • Go to the Opportunity Details page to find the field you want to include.
    • Use double braces to insert the field (e.g., {{opportunity.assigned_to}}).
    • Send your invoice or estimate from the Opportunity card.

  1. Generate Invoice or Estimate:
    • Navigate to Opportunities → Select an Opportunity → Payments → Create Invoice/Estimate.

    • Click “Send.”
