This feature gives your visitors a warm, on-brand welcome before they share their details. With the ability to replace or remove the default contact form prompt, you ensure every chat starts exactly the way you want it to.

How to Utilize Your New Chat Customization

Here's a quick guide to set up your personalized contact form prompt:

  1. Navigate: Go to the Chat Widget builder, select Chat Window, and then go to Live Chat Assigned.
  2. Enable: Switch on the Enable Contact Form.
  3. Customize: Enter your desired message into the Contact Form Message. If you'd prefer to skip directly to the form, you can leave this blank.
  4. Save: Click Save at the top right and your new prompt goes live instantly!
