Pipeline Navigation Improvements and Stage Colors
SMBcrm now makes pipeline management faster inside Opportunities while adding clearer visual stage indicators. You can create or edit pipelines from the pipeline dropdown, assign colors to stages, and choose how those colors appear across key CRM views.
What Changed
- Create a pipeline directly from the pipeline dropdown in Opportunities
- Edit an existing pipeline from the same dropdown
- Assign a color to each stage in a pipeline
- Choose a stage color display style: default, colored dot, or background tint
- See stage colors reflected in views like Kanban and record details

How It Works
In Opportunities, open the pipeline dropdown to create a new pipeline or edit an existing one. When creating or updating a pipeline, you can assign colors to each stage and choose whether those colors appear as a dot or a background tint.
For teams using SMBcrm for CRM and sales workflows, this makes pipelines easier to manage without extra navigation.

Why It Matters
- Faster pipeline management with fewer clicks
- Better visual clarity when reviewing stages and deals
- Easier scanning and prioritization across pipeline views
- More consistent stage visibility across Kanban and record details
Notes
- Color preferences apply at the pipeline level
- All users see the same stage color configuration
