In the past, the ResendToUnopened feature was only accessible for "Send Now" campaigns, which posed limitations when trying to reconnect with unopened contacts in RSS and Batch Schedule email solutions. With this update, those limitations are a thing of the past.
This enhancement enables you to utilize ResendToUnopened for RSS and Batch Schedule campaigns, offering a greater reach and flexibility in your email marketing. By targeting those who have not opened your emails, you can ensure that your message is delivered effectively and efficiently to your entire audience.
Here's how you can take advantage of this feature:
Send an RSS or Batch Schedule Campaign: Start by sending out your initial campaign as usual.
Select Resend to Unopened: Once the initial email is sent, navigate to the list view. Click on the three dots and choose 'Resend to Unopened.'
Update Subject Line & Schedule: Pick a compelling new subject line and set the resend time that works best for your audience.
