New Product Update – Restore Deleted Workflows
We are thrilled to announce a new feature that will enhance your workflow management: the ability to restore deleted workflows. This update ensures that you can recover important workflows with ease, maintaining your efficiency and productivity.
What is this feature?
This feature allows users to restore workflows that have been deleted.
How to Restore Deleted Workflows
- New “Deleted” Tab: A new tab named “Deleted” has been added on the workflow list page.
- View Deleted Workflows: Navigate to this tab, and all deleted workflows will be listed here.
- Restore: Click on the “Restore” button for the workflow you want to restore.
Permissions
- Admin Access: Only Location and Agency Admins can use this feature.
- Permission Reset: The restored workflow will not retain its previous permissions and will be moved to the root level.
FAQs
For how long will the deleted workflows be present in the “Deleted” tab?
- The deleted workflows will be available in the “Deleted” tab for 90 days.
Can I delete the workflow I just restored?
- No, restored workflows can’t be deleted for the next 48 hours.
Will my workflow be in a published state post-restoring?
- No, upon successful restoration, the workflow will be placed in Draft stage.
Will all the information be available in the workflow after restoring it?
- The restored workflow will retain its original triggers and actions with the same configuration.
- Contact information in enrolment history and execution logs will stay intact.
- Contacts in the “Wait” step will be removed from that particular execution.
- Contacts in the workflow at the time of deletion won’t be restored.
