Expanded Column View

Previously, viewing options were limited to three columns, such as name and email. We’ve expanded this capability, allowing you to view all columns of your form submissions. This comprehensive view ensures you have access to all relevant data points at a glance.

Dynamic Columns

Tailor your data display with our new dynamic column feature. You can now select, deselect, and reorder the columns to prioritize the information most important for your analysis. This makes it easier to customize your dashboard to fit your unique needs.

Copy Functionality

Effortlessly manage contact information with the ability to copy phone numbers and emails directly from the table. Additionally, you can now redirect to URLs, streamlining your workflow and enhancing efficiency.

How to Use the New Features

• Navigate to Forms Submissions: Go to Sites > Forms > Submissions.
  
• Expand for More Details: Click the expand icon (in red) to view individual submissions. Use the download icon (in green) to save submissions as PDFs.
  
• Bulk Actions: Select multiple form submissions for CSV downloads or delete unwanted entries.

• Manage Columns: Adjust the table view by managing columns. Select or deselect fields to customize your data view.
  
• Export Data: Use the ‘Export’ button to download all form submissions in CSV format for in-depth analysis.
  
• Adjust Column Width: Easily adjust column widths by dragging the edges to accommodate your data visualization needs.
