This potent tool enables affiliate admins to allocate sales to affiliates manually, thereby giving them the reins to their affiliate program's performance. This added control and flexibility is sure to tighten up your program outcomes.

Pain Points Alleviated

There may be instances where a purchase is recommended by affiliates but doesn't revert to the affiliate link, or the transactions are made from devices that lack the affiliate cookie. Our new update ensures that your affiliates receive their dues even in such scenarios.

Offline sales by affiliates are accommodated too. Admins can now create manual bills and rightly equate the sales to the respective affiliates.

Here's How to Make the Most of It

The process to attribute manual sales to your affiliates is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the Affiliate Manager and proceed to the Affiliates screen.
  2. Locate the three dots on the right side, and select "Add Manual Sales."
  3. A pop-up will show up asking for the customer's email. Fill in the email of the customer that the affiliate referred.
  4. Following this, input the Campaign Name which you want to apply to that customer.
  5. You're now presented with all transactions made by the customer, enabling you to attribute the ones you wish to the chosen affiliate.
