How to Activate the Download Button

Activating this feature is straightforward and can be achieved in a few simple steps:

1. Navigate to Stores > Select Store > Edit Thank You Page.
2. Click on the Thank You page element to customize it.
3. In the panel on the right, enable the “Download Digital Products” toggle.
4. Customize your Download button’s text and colors to align with your brand.
5. Don’t forget to save and publish your updates to ensure the feature is active.

Key Considerations

• Domain Requirements: A connected domain is essential, with its default page linked to a store page for the button to function correctly.
• Universal Application: The Download button appears for all digital products and redirects customers to the Customer Access Center for easy download access.
• Fulfillment Criteria: Ensure all requirements are met. Otherwise, the Download button will not be displayed during checkout.
