Important Notes

  • Integration Criteria: Accounts within the same agency can connect to the same domain. However, an agency can only link to one WooCommerce account. If already connected to another agency, the connection will be denied.
  • Customer Type Import: Customers with “customers” & “subscribers” roles will be imported.
  • Contact Creation with Disabled Customer Sync: Contacts will be created for orders even if contact sync is disabled.
  • Guest Checkout Handling: Guest checkout customers are created as contacts, without updates or future syncs.
  • WooCommerce Status Mappings:
    • Completed or Refunded in WooCommerce → Completed in our platform.
    • Cancelled or Failed in WooCommerce → Cancelled in our platform.
    • All other WooCommerce statuses → Pending in our platform.

Enhance your e-commerce management effortlessly by leveraging this powerful WooCommerce integration.
