  • Direct Access to Submission Pages: Pre-built form submissions take viewers directly to the respective submission pages.

How to Use

  1. Access Email Marketing: Start by navigating to your Email Marketing section.
  2. Create a Campaign: Begin by setting up a new email campaign.
  3. Add a Form Element: Incorporate a form into your email by adding a Form Element.

  4. Select Feedback Type: Choose from options like NPS, ratings, etc., to customize your form’s feedback type.

  5. Design Your Form: Tailor the form’s appearance and settings to match your campaign’s style.

  1. Set Form Details:
    • Name the form for easy reference in submission statistics.
    • Specify a custom success page that respondents will see after submitting.

  2. Launch Your Campaign: Send out your campaign and track feedback through the Campaign Statistics section.
  3. Review Submissions: Visit the Submissions tab to view detailed entries.

  1. Exporter Option: If needed, export the list of respondents for further analysis.
