Seamlessly Move Posts Across Channels in Communities Feature Update

Communities Feature Update: Move Posts to Different Channels

We’re excited to introduce a convenient new feature that enhances your post management capabilities within communities. Now, you can easily move posts to different channels, making content organization more seamless than ever.

How to Move a Post to Another Channel

Follow these simple steps to relocate posts:

  1. Click the Three Dots
    • Locate the post you wish to move.
    • Click the three-dot menu (⋯) situated in the top-right corner of the post.

(Note: You can only move posts that you’ve created, or if you’re an admin/owner, posts from other members as well.)

  2. Select “Move to Channel”
    • From the dropdown menu, choose the “Move to Channel” option.
  3. Choose the Destination Channel
  • A pop-up modal will appear. Select the channel to which you’d like to move the post.

✅ That’s it! The post will be successfully moved to your chosen channel.

This new feature is available on both web and mobile platforms, offering flexibility regardless of your device preference.

Bug Fixes

In addition to the new post-moving capability, we’ve addressed several bugs to improve your overall experience:

  • Resolved issues related to recurring payments with Stripe integration.
  • Fixed problems with adding events to calendars, including Google Calendar and Apple iCal.
  • Addressed issues involving monthly recurring events.

Our continuous efforts to enhance your experience are driven by your feedback and needs. We hope this feature allows for a more tailored and organized approach to managing your community interactions.
