Move Affiliates with Ease Using Our New Campaign Feature

Introducing our new enhancement that allows you to move affiliates from one campaign to another seamlessly, providing you with enhanced flexibility and control. This feature is particularly valuable for adjusting commission tiers or managing affiliate levels, such as transitioning from Basic to VIP tiers.

New Feature Highlights

• A Move to Campaign option has been added under Campaign Actions.
• Available both on the Affiliate List page and within an Affiliate Profile.
• Choose the management of existing customers: retain in the old campaign or migrate to the new campaign.
• Option to toggle the delivery of a welcome email for the new campaign.

Using the New Campaign Management Feature

1. Navigate to the Affiliate Manager and select the Affiliates Page.
2. Locate the three-dot menu next to an Affiliate, select Campaign Actions, and click on Move to Campaign.
3. Pick your target campaign for the transition.
4. Make selections regarding the affiliate’s existing customers.
5. Decide if a welcome email should be sent for the new campaign.
6. Finalize the process by clicking Move Affiliate.

Options for Managing Existing Customers

• Keep them in the old campaign: Existing customer commissions will remain in the old campaign; new customers will be logged under the new campaign.
• Move them to the new campaign: Previous commissions are retained in the old campaign, but future commissions from existing customers transition to the new one.

The Impact of This Feature

This new capability provides you with greater mastery over affiliate management—whether you're adjusting commission rates, reassigning partners, or segmenting your campaigns. It ensures continuity in tracking and payouts while offering the flexibility to refine your affiliate strategy as needed.

Note: The former campaign will still be viewable within the affiliate profile for reference purposes, although referral links from the older campaign will be hidden. Historical customer and commission data remain accessible.
