Updates to Email Campaign Statistics

We’re excited to announce significant updates to our Campaign Statistics, enhancing alignment with Bulk Action metrics to improve accuracy and reliability while reducing discrepancies.

What We Did

For all new campaigns and those sent now or scheduled campaigns executed after July 1, you can now view the following metrics within the campaign summary page:

  1. Total: Total contacts selected.
  2. Processed: Total contacts processed.
  3. Delivered: Emails successfully delivered.
  4. Skipped: Skipped due to Do Not Disturb (DnD).
  5. Error: Hard bounces.

Changes in Detailed Statistics

You’ll notice the following changes in the detailed statistics section:

  1. Error Label Replaced: The “Error” label has been changed to “Skipped.”
  2. New Failed Tab: This tab now shows specific failures such as:
    • Lack of balance.
    • Email domain-level issues.
  3. Soft bounces are no longer displayed in the summary section and are only visible on the details page.

Where to Find It

To access these updated statistics:

  1. Navigate to Marketing -> Email -> select any executed campaign.
  2. Click on the three dots of the campaign to access Statistics.
  3. Click on Load more statistics to view the detailed metrics.
  4. Click on all tabs to check detailed information.

These enhancements are designed to make your campaign statistics clearer and more dependable, helping you make better-informed marketing decisions.
