How to Use the Single CSV Import Feature

  1. Access the Import Option: Navigate to the Opportunities section, click on the options menu (three dots), and select “Import.”

  2. Choose Objects and Upload CSV: Select both Contacts and Opportunities as your objects and proceed by uploading a CSV file.

  3. Specify Record Actions: Decide whether to create new records, update existing ones, or both, upon uploading your CSV file.

  1. Map CSV Fields: Accurately map your CSV fields to the appropriate fields (Contacts or Opportunities) to ensure correct data entry.
