Organize into Folders
We’re thrilled to announce an upgrade to the Snippets feature that enhances your ability to manage and access your snippets more efficiently. You can now effortlessly organize your snippets into folders 📂, enabling quicker access and better management.
- Navigate through folder structures easily to find the snippets you need in seconds.
Folder Navigation
- Move your existing snippets into folders with just a few clicks. Simply select the snippet or snippets, and use the “Move to Folder” option to relocate them to relevant folders.
- The folder view is now accessible in the Conversations composer, providing seamless access to your organized snippets. Foldering is optional! If no folders are created, snippets will continue to appear in a single list as they do now.

Search and Filter Capabilities
We’ve also introduced new search and filter capabilities to enhance your snippet experience:
- Instantly locate snippets by searching with the snippet or folder name. You can also filter snippets by type: Email or SMS.
- Easily duplicate snippets to quickly create variations with minor changes.

Conversations Composer
The snippets are now more accessible, thanks to an improved layout that facilitates faster selection and use. The foldered view has been added to the Conversations Composer, making snippet location quicker and more convenient.

Both the Conversations composer and snippets composer now utilize the same editor, ensuring consistency across the product. This change helps avoid formatting issues and maintains a cohesive user experience.
