How to Use Advanced CSV in Social Planner

To utilize the Advanced CSV feature in your Social Planner, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner.
  2. Add your social accounts through the Settings (gear icon).
  3. Click New Post > CSV Upload.
  4. Choose your upload type:
    • Basic CSV: Supports post content, date, media, OG link.
    • Advanced CSV: Unlock full capabilities, including platform-specific post types, watermarks, tags, categories, follow-up comments, Google Business Profile settings, YouTube options, TikTok, Pinterest board selection, and more.
  5. After uploading, select the socials and configure approval settings.

  1. Review and fix any flagged errors.
  2. Click Import to schedule all approved posts into your calendar queue.

Note: When importing CSVs from a snapshot or template, tags and categories will not transfer to a new location.
