Stay ahead with our latest feature—disconnection alerts for your important calendar and video conferencing integrations. Never worry about missing a crucial meeting or a booking due to integration issues again. This latest update ensures you are promptly informed if any of your key tools like Google, Outlook, iCloud, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams get disconnected.

Easily Accessible Notifications

When disconnection occurs, you will receive notifications through:

• Email
• In-App (both web & mobile push notifications)
• SMS

Tailor Your Notification Preferences

Customize how you receive disconnection alerts to suit your workflow:

1. Navigate to My Profile > Notifications.
2. Under the Calendar section, you can easily enable or disable notifications via In-App, Email, and SMS.
3. By default, Email and In-App notifications are enabled. Adjust your settings anytime for optimal convenience.

Important User Details

• Notifications are directed solely to user accounts. Location or agency administrators will not receive these alerts.
• SMS notifications require a configured phone number within the user account settings.
