We're excited to introduce an enhancement designed to streamline your booking process—Form Submissions can now be viewed directly within the Appointment Modal. This feature reduces the need to toggle between modules and provides easier access to essential booking information.
With this update, any appointment including a custom form submission will now feature a Forms tab within the modal. The submissions are presented in a clear, structured layout, maintaining consistency with the Forms module experience.
No matter where you are within the platform—be it Contacts, Conversations, or the Calendars tab—you'll now have quick access to form submissions via the newly added Forms tab when viewing an appointment modal. This improvement ensures you have all necessary information at your fingertips, optimizing your workflow.
Currently, form submissions from the default booking form—which only captures Name, Email, and Phone—are not displayed in the Forms tab. Since this information is already visible in the Contact Details section, it remains easily accessible. Support for these default form submissions in the Forms tab is forthcoming, promising a more comprehensive visibility of all form types.
