When setting up a recurring task, you have several configurable options to tailor the recurrence specifics to your workflow:

Frequency Settings:

  • Choose the frequency for your tasks to recur. Options include hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly repetitiveness.

End Date Options:

  • Never: The task will continue indefinitely without a set end date.
  • Custom Date: Define a specific end date for your recurring task.
  • After a Set Number of Occurrences: Specify how many times the task should recur before stopping.

Seamless Continuity:
Enable the option to create tasks even if previous instances are overdue, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted schedule.

Modification Capabilities:

  • Create: Start fresh with a new task or convert an existing task into a recurring one.
  • Edit: Adjustments can be made globally to all future tasks or selectively to specific instances.
  • Delete: Choose to remove all or select upcoming tasks from the series.
  • Restore: Easily recover deleted recurring tasks, bringing back any mistakenly removed instances.

How to Set Up Recurring Tasks

  1. Initiate Task Creation:

    • Go to the Tasks, Contacts, or Companies page and open the Add New Task modal.

  3. Enable Recurrence:

  • Toggle on the recurring tasks option.

  • Choose from the Ends On options.
  • Optionally enable the creation of a new task regardless of the completion of previous tasks, ensuring consistency in your schedule.
