Managing your social media presence just got easier! We are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances functionality within our social planner module. Now, you can bulk delete posts directly from the planner, eliminating the need for manual deletion. Whether there are errors in post creation, issues with bulk posts composition from the CSV composer, changes in schedules, or content adjustments, this new capability facilitates smoother operations.

Bulk Delete Directly from the Planner

With this update, users can efficiently clean up their social media calendar. You can now select multiple posts that you want to remove, offering a clearer view of your planned content. Here’s a quick guide on how to utilize the bulk delete feature:

• Navigate to the ‘Planner’ in list view.
• Select the posts you wish to delete—choose ‘select all’, ‘select few’, or unselect as required.
• Once your selection is made, click on the ‘Actions’ menu at the top of the table.
• Select ‘Delete selected posts’ and confirm your action by clicking ‘Delete’.
• Your chosen posts will no longer appear in the list view.

Extend Functionality with Public API Integration

For those who prefer automating their processes, the bulk delete operation is now accessible via public API. This integration offers seamless connectivity, allowing you to perform bulk deletions. Keep in mind, the public API supports a maximum of 50 posts per operation, providing flexibility and efficiency.

Important Considerations

While using this new feature, it is essential to be aware of the following points:

• Bulk deletions occur exclusively within the social planner module and do not remove posts directly from your social media platforms.
• You can delete posts in draft, scheduled, failed, or in-review stages, but not the ones that are already published.
