We are excited to announce a new enhancement that will streamline your subscription management process directly from the Contact Details page. This update offers a more efficient way to manage subscriptions and invoices for your clients. Here's a breakdown of the new features:
Businesses now have the ability to add subscriptions directly from the Payments
section. Simply navigate to:
Payments > Subscriptions > Add Subscription
This feature is designed to make the subscription addition process quicker and more intuitive.
You can also add subscriptions directly from the Contact's Detail
page. This allows for a smoother workflow when adding a subscription for a customer. Navigate to:
Contacts > Contact Details > Payments > Actions > Create Subscription
Whether you're adding subscriptions from the Payments
section or the Contact Details
page, you can now schedule them for a future date. Select a specific Billing Date
to start the subscription and associated payment collections.
When adding a new subscription, you can select the customer and product, and complete the payment process using any of the existing cards on file or by adding a new card—all in a single streamlined flow.
You can now add new invoices directly from the Contact's Detail
page. To do so, navigate to:
Contacts > Contact Details > Payments > Actions > Create Invoice
This action will redirect you to the invoice creation page with the customer details pre-filled, saving you time and reducing errors.
