We are pleased to share the latest updates to our Calendar Email Notifications and Appointment Smartlists. These enhancements are designed to optimize functionality and improve the overall user experience.

Calendar Email Notifications

• Customizable "From" Name, Email, and Subject
  Gain control over how your calendar notifications appear to recipients. Now, you can specify the "From" Name and "From" Email in your notifications. This change allows you to maintain a consistent and professional appearance. Additionally, when selecting an email template, you have the flexibility to set the email subject directly.

  • Support for Custom Values
    Personalize your notifications further by adding custom values in the "From" Name, "From" Email, and Subject fields. Utilize the custom value selector to easily choose and insert preferred values, tailoring your communications to your liking.

Appointment Smartlists

• Improved Filter Design
  Experience a clearer and smoother filtering process with our updated Sort By filter layout. This design enhancement provides improved clarity, enabling you to navigate and manage appointments more efficiently.

• New Filters: Contacts and Source
  Streamline your appointment management by filtering appointments by Contacts to view only those related to selected individuals. Additionally, the new Source filter allows you to categorize appointments based on their origin.

• Enhanced Error Handling for Filters

Should a contact, user, or calendar linked to a filter be deleted or reassigned, the system now provides:

• A prominent error notification on the smartlist page.

• Clear markings in the filter drawer to indicate problematic filters, complete with explanations to identify the issue.

• Assigned Data Only
  Ensure data visibility is consistent with user roles and permissions. Smartlists now align with assigned data settings, safeguarding the security and accuracy of your data handling practices.

• User Timezone Support
  Time-based filters such as "Upcoming Appointments" and "Today" now respect the user's timezone, providing accurate tracking and ensuring appointments are scheduled according to local times.
