How It Works
- Navigate to: Marketing > Social Planner
- Initiate: Click New > Select the Review Post option
- Engage with the 3-Step Automation Form:
Step 1:
- Select review platforms (Facebook or Google) and ensure integration with your Facebook Page or Google Business Profile.
- Choose your social accounts and specify the desired star rating.
- Determine the frequency of posting (daily, weekly, or yearly).
- Optionally, decide if you want to publish as an Instagram Story.
Step 2:
- Pick or upload background images (supports JPEG/PNG, 1:1 ratio, 5MB max).
Step 3:
- Craft a custom caption, or utilize the review content for the caption.
- Choose how to display the customer’s name.
- Customize font and background colors, as well as opacity.
