Streamline Your Workflow with Bulk Actions in Opportunities Kanban View

📌 Overview

We are pleased to introduce a new feature that enhances productivity within the Opportunities Kanban/Card view. You can now perform bulk actions directly from this view, eliminating the need to switch to the List view. This enhancement is designed to save you time and streamline your workflow.

Note: To enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Labs > Enable "Bulk Actions in Cards View".

🚀 What’s New

• Bulk Card Selection: You can now select multiple opportunity cards using checkboxes directly in the Card view, making it easier to manage and organize your opportunities efficiently.

• Select All on Page: For those dealing with more than 20 opportunities, a convenient "Select All on Page" button has been added. This allows you to quickly select every visible card on your current page.

• Interaction Lock During Selection: While you're in selection mode, cards are locked from dragging or opening, preventing accidental changes and maintaining the integrity of your selections.

⚙️ How It Works

1. Go to Opportunities and choose a Pipeline.
2. Switch to Kanban/Card view.
3. Click the checkbox on any card to enter selection mode.
4. Use additional checkboxes to select more cards.
5. When the number of opportunities exceeds 20, click “Select All on Page” to select all visible cards.
6. Once selected, click Edit to perform bulk actions.

This feature is crafted with you in mind, aiming to:

• Save time by allowing bulk actions within your preferred visualization.
• Reduce the risk of unintended interactions with cards by locking them during the selection mode.
